We’ve seen Ellen DeGeneres’s home, now lets have a look at the successful 24 year-old Swedish DJ Avicii’s (Tim Bergling) new home. Tim purchased the 7,000 sqft mansion located in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California for $15,750,000 back in 2014. The home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is located above Sunset Strip and boasts some of the best panoramic views of Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica and the Catalina Island. This beautiful home was built by a highly sought after development company called McClean Design. McClean Design have built some of the most spectacular homes in North America (more on that later). Who would have thought EDM DJ’s make this type of money!

This home has it all, from breathtaking views, a large water feature that spans across the exterior of the home, a 75-foot-long lap pool, a “cantilevered wet-edge infinity pool” that hangs over the sloping hillside, and last but not least a high tech finger print security system.
