Step Up Your Marketing Game

Has this ever happened to you? You’re browsing the Vancouver MLS and you come across images of potential land developments that just have an aerial view of the property through Google Maps with a parameter around the property highlighted in red – something that was most likely done with Microsoft Paint? I come across it all the time, throughout The Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley Multiple Listing Service. Especially where a lot of development are currently happening, namely the Surrey MLS and Langley MLS.

It really aggravates me when I see agents doing a ridiculous job marketing these land developments that are listed anywhere from $5 Million dollars to upwards of $30+ million dollars. For crying out loud your making a commission anywhere from $68,000 and $750,000; does it really hurt your pockets to spend a couple hundred dollars to get professional drone photography along with a video tour? It’s only a couple hundred dollars!!! It will not hurt your pockets!!! It will help you sell the property a lot quicker and overall help you get more business as it makes you stand out from other agents.

I’m not saying all Real Estate agents are doing a bad job marketing land developments; there are some very good agents out there. But to those that don’t you need to step up your marketing game and contact a professional real estate marketing company today.
